This client was left with an unfinished landscape. Weeds had overgrown the grounds, existing native planting was suffering, there was no lawn, and the rear bark bank was tumbling down and encroaching onto the outdoor space.

We spent 2 days removing 360kg of weeds from the property and killed off the area intended for the new lawn. 

We worked with the client and came up with a simple design to give maximum impact with minimal effort.

We added 85 new native planting including 3 mature kowhai to comply with local Jacks Point landscaping rules. 

We installed a 400mm x 16m retaining wall at the rear together with gravel path and timber edging.

Finished off with a renovation of their "lawn" area with fresh top soil and 45m of ready lawn watered in well. 

Still to come at this property is a privacy hedge and some mature planting for the upper bank.
