This lawn was in need of some love when we inherited it. 

Over the course of 6 weeks, we sprayed for broadleaf, dethatched, aerated (manually), top dressed and oversowed with fresh seed. Regular applications of Iron to increase nutrients and green up the grass resulted in a healthy (and quick growing which caught us out!) lawn!
